Using LabelNinja

The public game may be used free of charge. Organisation features require an authorised account, a trial or an active subscription. You must provide accurate account information, protect login credentials and use the service lawfully.

Trials and subscriptions

The organisation trial lasts 14 days and supports up to 25 active users. The standard organisation price is €3 per active user per month, excluding applicable taxes unless checkout states otherwise. An active user is a unique game device completing at least one organisation round during the billing period.

Paid subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Billing management and cancellation are available through the secure customer portal. Access may be limited after a trial ends, payment fails or a subscription is cancelled.

Content and customer configuration

LabelNinja owns and maintains the game, question library, examples and explanations. Organisations retain responsibility for the classification labels, descriptions, participant lists and other information they enter. Configuring a label does not transfer ownership of the underlying LabelNinja content.

Learning tool

LabelNinja supports awareness and discussion. It is not legal advice, a compliance certification or a substitute for an organisation’s security controls and professional judgement.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to access another organisation’s data, disrupt the service, bypass usage controls, upload unlawful content or use invitation links for anyone other than their intended recipient.

Availability and liability

We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot promise uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to direct loss and the fees paid for the service during the preceding three months. Mandatory legal rights are unaffected.

Changes

Material changes will be communicated through the website, account or organisation contact. Continued use after the effective date means the updated terms apply.
