Product updates, the thinking behind them and what they change for players.

Public game

A clearer result after every game

The public leaderboard is now less noisy. We removed the common-mistakes section and CSV export, then added a personal result report with score, label breakdown and a shield level: bronze from 20%, silver from 50% and gold for a perfect score.

Experience

Personal progress and first achievements

Players can now see their answer count, accuracy and earned learning badges in the organisation workspace. It is a lightweight way to make steady practice visible without turning training into a public ranking.

Product update

Organisation training is now live

Organisation workspaces can now turn their classification policy into a structured learning experience. Administrators create labels, trainers add document scenarios, and players receive immediate feedback after each decision.

  • Roles for admins, trainers and players, plus teams for departmental insight
  • A scenario library with categories, difficulty and explanations
  • Server-verified answers, session scoring and insights by label, category and team
  • A one-click set of 12 demo scenarios for an empty workspace
For organisations

LabelNinja for teams

The public game remains free. Organisations can now start a trial workspace, use their own classification labels and invite people to focused learning campaigns.

  • Private invitation links
  • Results and label-level insights
  • Organisation-controlled labels with a centrally maintained question library
Experience

A guided tutorial with five practice questions

New players can practise before entering the game. After each document they immediately see which label fits and why.

  • Five guided documents
  • Instant feedback after every choice
  • No effect on game scores
Launch

Public game and Private game

LabelNinja can be played individually or in a private group. Participants join a Private game with a QR code and use the same set of labels.
